Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Dip each chicken thigh in buttermilk, then dredge in the seasoned flour mixture until fully coated.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat until hot.
Fry the chicken thighs for 7-8 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
Remove the chicken and drain on paper towels before serving hot.
Notes
For extra crispy chicken, double dredge by dipping again into buttermilk and flour before frying.
