Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, salt, and vegetable oil to create the marinade.
Add the chicken wings to the marinade and mix well to coat all wings evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for best flavor.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the marinated wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook the wings for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
Remove the wings from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, you can spray oil lightly on the wings halfway through cooking. Serve with a side of cooling raita or chutney.
