Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 pound skinless salmon fillets cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish
  • 1 lemon fresh lemon, cut into wedges for serving

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  • Pat salmon dry with paper towels and cut into 1 inch bite-size cubes.
  • In a bowl, whisk olive oil, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  • Add salmon cubes and gently toss to coat evenly.
  • Arrange salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between pieces.
  • Air fry at 400°F for 6 to 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until edges are caramelized and internal temperature reaches 125°F to 130°F for medium.
  • Transfer to a bowl, squeeze extra lemon over the top, and sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.

Notes

Cook time varies by cube size and air fryer model; start checking at 6 minutes. For gluten-free, swap soy sauce with tamari or coconut aminos. Skin-on salmon works—remove skin after cooking if desired.
