Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk and melted butter.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Spoon the batter into a greased baking dish.
Drop dollops of peach preserves over the top of the batter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
