Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté mushrooms until browned.
Add spinach and cook until wilted, then mix in cream cheese.
Butterfly flank steak and stuff with the mixture, then roll tightly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
