Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add softened butter, milk, lemon zest, and lemon juice to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
Gently fold in the blueberries.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
