Creamy peanut butter and cream cheese dessert dip studded with mini chocolate chips—like buckeye candies in scoopable form. Quick to make, perfect for parties, and irresistible with pretzels or graham crackers.
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and butter with a hand mixer until very smooth and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
Add the peanut butter and vanilla; beat until fully combined.
Gradually mix in the powdered sugar and salt on low speed until incorporated, then increase to medium and whip until light.
Beat in heavy cream, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the dip is creamy and scoopable.
Fold in the mini chocolate chips. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with extra chips.
Serve with pretzels, graham crackers, apple slices, or cookies. Refrigerate leftovers for up to 4 days.
Notes
For a thinner dip, add an extra splash of cream. For a firmer texture, chill for 20 to 30 minutes before serving. If using natural peanut butter, stir very well; the dip may be looser.
