Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, red bell pepper, and baby carrots.
Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and season with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
