  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour sifted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and baking powder. Add milk and vanilla extract; mix well.
  • Pour the melted butter into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Pour the batter over the melted butter in the baking dish, but do not stir.
  • Spread blueberries evenly over the top of the batter.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

Notes

Best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
