  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter melted, for crust

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined; press into the bottom of the pan to form crust.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in sour cream, espresso, and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  • Pour filling over crust and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 50 minutes or until center is almost set; cool completely and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For best results, serve chilled with a dusting of cocoa powder or an espresso drizzle on top.
