Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined; press into the bottom of the pan to form crust.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in sour cream, espresso, and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
Pour filling over crust and smooth the top.
Bake for 50 minutes or until center is almost set; cool completely and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For best results, serve chilled with a dusting of cocoa powder or an espresso drizzle on top.
