  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper to taste
  • 0.25 cup green onions chopped

  • In a large bowl, combine corn, Fritos, bell pepper, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lime juice, ground cumin, salt, and pepper until well blended.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add some diced jalapeños or a sprinkle of cayenne pepper. Best served immediately so the Fritos remain crunchy.
