Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and water to the beef. Stir to combine and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Warm the flour tortillas to make them pliable.
To assemble, lay one flour tortilla on a flat surface. Spread nacho cheese sauce in the center.
Add a tostada shell on top of the cheese, followed by cooked beef, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and shredded cheese.
Fold the edges of the flour tortilla over the toppings, creating pleats to enclose the filling.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the wrap seam side down and grill until golden brown.
Flip the wrap and grill the other side. Serve warm.
Notes
Feel free to customize with jalapenos or salsa for added spice.
