  • 12 whole eggs beaten
  • 1 pound breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 bag frozen diced hash browns 32 ounces

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Layer half of the hash browns in the bottom of a greased crockpot.
  • Add cooked sausage, half of the cheese, and the remaining hash browns.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the hash browns and top with remaining cheese.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

Notes

Feel free to add chopped bell peppers or onions for more flavor.
