Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and toss them in the flour mixture until evenly coated.
Arrange the coated wings on the wire rack and lightly brush with vegetable oil to help them crisp.
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, turning once halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the oven and let the wings rest for 5 minutes before serving hot.
