  • 0.75 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour for coating
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt or to taste
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 each egg beaten
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  • In a shallow bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Dip each chicken thigh in the beaten egg, then dredge in the seasoned flour mixture until fully coated.
  • Lightly brush or spray olive oil over the coated chicken thighs.
  • Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 18 to 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
