  • 1 tsp salt kosher
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika smoked
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking time.
  • Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and return to the oven. Bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
