Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium bowl, mix the almond flour, salt, and dried rosemary thoroughly.
  • Add the olive oil and cold water to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms.
  • Roll the dough thinly between two sheets of parchment paper.
  • Cut the dough into cracker-sized squares using a knife or pizza cutter.
  • Transfer the parchment paper with dough onto a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  • Allow crackers to cool completely before serving.
