Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, then drain excess fat.
Add the ground beef, potatoes, onion, garlic, beef broth, carrots, thyme, oregano, black pepper, and salt to a crockpot.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until potatoes are tender.
About 30 minutes before serving, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, add flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Whisk in milk and heavy cream, cook until thickened, stirring frequently.
Stir the creamy mixture into the crockpot and mix well.
