  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 15-ounce can cream-style corn
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoons green onions chopped

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix together cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  • Add beaten eggs, milk, and melted butter to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
