  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream for richness
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.25 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper freshly ground

Preparation Steps

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • Cook chicken in the skillet until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to reduce slightly.
  • Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the creamy sauce. Heat through for 2 minutes.
  • Serve warm with your favorite side such as pasta or steamed vegetables.
