Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Cook chicken in the skillet until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to reduce slightly.
Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the creamy sauce. Heat through for 2 minutes.
Serve warm with your favorite side such as pasta or steamed vegetables.
