  • 1 pound potato gnocchi store-bought or homemade
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Preparation Steps

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  • Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and sauce thickens slightly.
  • Add gnocchi to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until gnocchi are tender and heated through.
  • Season with salt and black pepper. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
