Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and sauté until golden brown and cooked through.
Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add the broccoli florets and cook for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream. Let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken slightly.
Add the cooked pasta, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Toss everything to combine and heat through.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes if desired.
