  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 0.75 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 each ripe bananas sliced
  • 12 ounces graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cups unsalted butter melted

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9x9 inch pan.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  • Arrange sliced bananas on top of the cream cheese layer.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the edges are set but center is slightly jiggly.
  • Let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 2 hours. Cut into squares and serve chilled.

For a decorative touch, garnish with whipped cream and banana slices before serving.
