Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9x9 inch pan.
Beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
Arrange sliced bananas on top of the cream cheese layer.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the edges are set but center is slightly jiggly.
Let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 2 hours. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
Notes
