Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
In a large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla extract, beating until combined.
Gradually mix in flour mixture until just combined.
Stir in oats, cranberries, and white chocolate chips.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cookies are golden brown. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
