  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  • In a large bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
  • Add eggs and vanilla extract, beating until combined.
  • Gradually mix in flour mixture until just combined.
  • Stir in oats, cranberries, and white chocolate chips.
  • Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cookies are golden brown. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
