Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, combine the cranberries and sugar, and let them sit for about 1 hour or until the sugar dissolves.
  • Stir in the chopped pecans, halved grapes, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows.
  • Gently fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Chill the salad for at least 2 hours before serving to let the flavors meld together.

Notes

For best results, use fresh and in-season cranberries. You can also substitute with Greek yogurt if a lighter version is desired.
