  • 1 tbsp cinnamon ground
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup maple syrup for serving
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar optional, for topping

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Open the cinnamon rolls and set aside the icing. Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters.
  • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  • Place the cinnamon roll pieces in a greased baking dish.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls and gently toss to coat.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes until golden and set.
  • Drizzle with the reserved icing and optional powdered sugar before serving with maple syrup.

Notes
