Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Open the cinnamon rolls and set aside the icing. Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
Place the cinnamon roll pieces in a greased baking dish.
Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls and gently toss to coat.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes until golden and set.
Drizzle with the reserved icing and optional powdered sugar before serving with maple syrup.
