Instructions
Preparation Steps
Slice the Italian rolls in half and lay each open on a clean surface.
Layer 2 slices of provolone cheese on the bottom half of each roll.
Evenly divide the slices of salami, mortadella, and capicola among the sandwiches.
Top the meats with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced red onions, pepperoncini, and olives.
Drizzle each sandwich with Italian dressing.
Close the sandwiches with the top halves of the rolls and serve immediately.
