  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 4 oz salami Thinly sliced
  • 4 oz mortadella Thinly sliced
  • 4 oz capicola Thinly sliced
  • 1 cup lettuce Shredded
  • 0.5 cup tomato Diced
  • 0.25 cup red onion Thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup pepperoncini Sliced
  • 0.5 cup black olives Sliced
  • 2 tbsp Italian dressing

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Slice the Italian rolls in half and lay each open on a clean surface.
  • Layer 2 slices of provolone cheese on the bottom half of each roll.
  • Evenly divide the slices of salami, mortadella, and capicola among the sandwiches.
  • Top the meats with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced red onions, pepperoncini, and olives.
  • Drizzle each sandwich with Italian dressing.
  • Close the sandwiches with the top halves of the rolls and serve immediately.

Notes

To add more flavor, consider toasting the sandwich briefly in an oven or panini press.
