Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter and granulated sugar until combined.
Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until just combined, then fold in the semisweet chocolate chips.
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares and serving.
Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top as garnish before serving.

These brownie bombs can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
