Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
In the same skillet, remove excess bacon fat leaving about 1 tablespoon. Add olive oil and heat over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken pieces to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and fully cooked.
Add garlic to the chicken and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in the heavy cream, ranch dressing, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
Add the cooked pasta and bacon to the skillet, mixing well to combine.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
