  • 8 oz penne pasta uncooked
  • 1 lb chicken breast boneless, skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 6 slices bacon chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Preparation Steps

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  • In the same skillet, remove excess bacon fat leaving about 1 tablespoon. Add olive oil and heat over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken pieces to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and fully cooked.
  • Add garlic to the chicken and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Stir in the heavy cream, ranch dressing, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
  • Add the cooked pasta and bacon to the skillet, mixing well to combine.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
