  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables thawed
  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, and milk until well combined.
  • Place the shredded chicken in a casserole dish and pour the soup mixture over the top.
  • Add the thawed mixed vegetables and stir to combine everything evenly.
  • In a separate bowl, prepare the biscuit mix according to the package instructions and drop spoonfuls of the dough over the top of the chicken mixture.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper over the biscuit topping.
