Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, and milk until well combined.
Place the shredded chicken in a casserole dish and pour the soup mixture over the top.
Add the thawed mixed vegetables and stir to combine everything evenly.
In a separate bowl, prepare the biscuit mix according to the package instructions and drop spoonfuls of the dough over the top of the chicken mixture.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over the biscuit topping.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes or until the biscuit topping is golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
