Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Stir in rice, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Lower heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add broccoli florets, cover again, and cook for an additional 10 minutes, until broccoli is tender and rice is cooked.
Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted and well combined.
