Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in rice, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
  • Lower heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add broccoli florets, cover again, and cook for an additional 10 minutes, until broccoli is tender and rice is cooked.
