Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and lay flat on a clean towel.
In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 2 cups of mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Place about 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture on each noodle and roll up tightly.
Arrange the roll-ups seam side down in the baking dish and top with the remaining marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Drizzle olive oil over the top and bake for 30 to 35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, add fresh basil or a pinch of red pepper flakes to the cheese filling.
