Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine chicken broth, rice, cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, and half of the cheese.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes.
Remove foil, sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake for another 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and rice is tender.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the mixture before baking.
