Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and butter. Sauté onions and bell peppers until soft, about 5 minutes.
Add garlic and sauté for an additional 1 minute.
Add the sliced ribeye to the skillet, cook until browned.
Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream, bring to a simmer.
Stir in shredded provolone, salt, and pepper. Simmer until the cheese has melted and the sauce thickens.
Combine the cooked tortellini with the steak and sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
