Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and cook sliced steak until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add onions and bell peppers. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Reduce heat to low. Stir in heavy cream, allowing it to warm but not boil.
Add shredded provolone cheese gradually, stirring continuously until melted and smooth.
Return steak to the skillet. Add cooked tortellini and toss to coat in the cheese sauce.
Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For best results, use fresh tortellini and high-quality provolone cheese. Feel free to use more or less cheese based on your preference.
