This Cheese Steak Quesadilla recipe combines tender slices of beef with melted cheese and sauteed vegetables, all crisped up in a delicious flour tortilla. Perfect for a quick dinner or snack!
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté until tender.
Add the sliced steak to the skillet. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until steak is browned.
Remove the steak, onions, and peppers from the skillet and set aside.
In a clean skillet, place a tortilla and sprinkle with 1/4 cup of cheese, 1/4 of the steak filling, and another 1/4 cup of cheese. Top with another tortilla.
Cook on medium heat until the bottom tortilla is brown and cheese begins to melt, then flip to brown the other side.
Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
Slice quesadillas into wedges and serve warm.
