Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the vegetables are soft.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, cooked rice, sour cream, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch (23x33 cm) baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
Serve hot, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
