  • 2 bags chamomile tea or 2 tablespoons loose chamomile flowers
  • 2 tablespoons honey adjust to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon for garnishing

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Heat the milk in a small pot over medium heat until it starts to steam, but not boil.
  • Remove from heat and add the chamomile tea bags. Steep for 5-7 minutes, depending on desired strength.
  • Remove the tea bags and stir in the honey and vanilla extract until fully dissolved.
  • Pour into mugs and sprinkle with ground cinnamon before serving.
