Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat the milk in a small pot over medium heat until it starts to steam, but not boil.
Remove from heat and add the chamomile tea bags. Steep for 5-7 minutes, depending on desired strength.
Remove the tea bags and stir in the honey and vanilla extract until fully dissolved.
Pour into mugs and sprinkle with ground cinnamon before serving.
