Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Sauté until onion is translucent.
Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
Stir in tomato paste, salt, black pepper, thyme, and paprika. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add chopped cabbage, rice, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and beef broth. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender.
Adjust seasoning if necessary and serve hot.
