  • 2 cups broccoli florets fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups cooked chicken diced
  • 1.5 cups cooked rice white or brown
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz can
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for greasing

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, diced chicken, broccoli florets, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  • In a separate small bowl, mix together the condensed cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and broccoli mixture, stirring until everything is well coated.
  • Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread out evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese on top is bubbly and golden brown.

Notes

This casserole can be made ahead of time and refrigerated. Simply add a few extra minutes to the baking time if cooking straight from the fridge.
