Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, diced chicken, broccoli florets, and shredded cheddar cheese.
In a separate small bowl, mix together the condensed cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and broccoli mixture, stirring until everything is well coated.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese on top is bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
This casserole can be made ahead of time and refrigerated. Simply add a few extra minutes to the baking time if cooking straight from the fridge.
