  • In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy.
  • Add the chopped cabbage to the pot and stir well to combine with the bacon.
  • Cover the pot, reduce the heat to low, and let the cabbage cook for about 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.
  • Stir in vinegar, salt, and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve warm.

Notes

This dish can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat before serving.
