Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
In a large mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, oats, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, maple syrup, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
Gently fold in the blueberries, being careful not to smash them.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
Notes
