  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup milk whole or 2%
  • 3 eggs large
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1.5 cups blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 0.25 tsp salt

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, oats, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, maple syrup, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.
  • Gently fold in the blueberries, being careful not to smash them.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
