Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a medium bowl, mash the black beans with a fork until thick and pasty.
In a food processor, combine the bread crumbs, onion, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, and salt. Pulse until finely mixed.
Combine the mashed black beans and the bread crumb mixture until well mixed.
Form 4 patties with the mixture.
Cook the patties in a medium pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side.
