  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium bowl, mash the black beans with a fork until thick and pasty.
  • In a food processor, combine the bread crumbs, onion, garlic powder, chili powder, cumin, and salt. Pulse until finely mixed.
  • Combine the mashed black beans and the bread crumb mixture until well mixed.
  • Form 4 patties with the mixture.
  • Cook the patties in a medium pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side.
