  • 1 lb ground beef lean
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup dill pickle slices
  • 8 small flour tortillas soft
  • 0.5 cup Big Mac sauce see note below for recipe

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Season the beef with salt and black pepper, and continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes or until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  • Warm the flour tortillas in a microwave or on a hot skillet for 30 seconds.
  • Spread a tablespoon of Big Mac sauce on each tortilla.
  • Divide the cooked beef among the tortillas and top with shredded lettuce, cheese, and pickle slices.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy your Big Mac Tacos!

Notes

To make the homemade Big Mac sauce, mix 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish, 2 teaspoons yellow mustard, 2 teaspoons white vinegar, and a dash of onion powder.
