Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and oregano. Mix well.
Shape mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown meatballs on all sides, then transfer to crockpot.
Pour marinara sauce over meatballs in the crockpot.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
