  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 can enchilada sauce red, 10 ounces
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 count corn tortillas

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning to the beef and mix well.
  • In a baking dish, layer corn tortillas, beef mixture, enchilada sauce, and cheese. Repeat layers.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
