Preparation Steps
In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and kosher salt to create the marinade.
Place the ribeye steaks in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Preheat your grill to high heat. Remove steaks from marinade and discard marinade.
Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare or until desired doneness.
Remove steaks from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
