  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Preparation Steps

  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and kosher salt to create the marinade.
  • Place the ribeye steaks in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Preheat your grill to high heat. Remove steaks from marinade and discard marinade.
  • Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare or until desired doneness.
  • Remove steaks from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Resting the steak after grilling allows juices to redistribute, ensuring maximum flavor and tenderness.
