Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss well to coat with the seasoning mixture.
Arrange chicken, bell peppers, and onion wedges on a sheet pan in a single layer.
Brush the BBQ sauce evenly over the chicken and vegetables.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
