Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
Place the salmon fillet in the center of a large piece of aluminum foil. Pour the mixture over the salmon, ensuring it's fully coated.
Wrap the salmon with the foil, ensuring it is tightly sealed, and place on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the oven, unwrap the foil, and let sit for a few minutes before slicing and serving with lemon slices and chopped parsley.
Notes
For an extra touch, try adding a sprinkle of chili flakes to the olive oil mixture for a bit of heat.
