  • 1 pinch pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika for garnish

Instructions

Preparation Steps

  • Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  • Mash the egg yolks with avocado until smooth.
  • Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the mashed yolk mixture and mix well.
  • Fill the egg whites with the avocado mixture.
  • Sprinkle paprika over the top for garnish.
