Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cut the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
Mash the egg yolks with avocado until smooth.
Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the mashed yolk mixture and mix well.
Fill the egg whites with the avocado mixture.
Sprinkle paprika over the top for garnish.
